I thought they were good. The tires are fine. I am happy with their service. I chose to use them because a friend had mentioned them. I thought they were very friendly, fair, and did a good job. I would go back.

I have never felt more confident in an automotive type company than this one.  The product and prices were excellent as well as the service.  Very friendly and I felt like a valued customer.  This will be the company I patronage for all tire and wheel work in the future.  They are the best in Spearfish.

This tire dealer really only carries Hercules tires, which are overpriced, low quality goods.
One year, one rotation, and less than 10,000 miles later the tires are about 50% worn.
Recently, Queen City Tire refused to honor the road hazard warranty on a tire because it had been driven on flat. Yes, the tire was driven on flat, because it went flat and that was not noticed until two miles later. Two miles was the distance between when it was first driven that day and when the flat was noticed.
Associated with this inferior brand of tires, the customer service at Queen City Tire left a lot to be desired.
Your road hazard warranty from the manufacturer (Hercules) is pretty much useless at Queen City Tire, and when I politely stated to them that I was not happy with how these tires, including the failed one, are working out their response was very unsympathetic and hostile to the point that I could never be comfortable doing business there again.
