Mr. Cooper was prompt at answering our initial phone call he came over that evening to look at the job and bid it within a couple of hours. We had to leave on vacation but he and his crew showed up the day we were leaving and began the work. They were clean and courteous and when we arrived home a week later the entire project was completed.
