She yanked on his hair while combing it out. When he told her it hurt,she rudely asked if he had forgotten to comb his hair before coming in. She complained to another stylist about the person in charge of scheduling-apparently the store is understaffed so people will not be getting the days off they want. This is not information that should be shared with customers. While the haircut was fine, I don't want to deal with the bad attitude of the staff. Lynn was the stylist, because she is also the manager I would not expect improvement any time soon.

Stylist greeted me. She notified me of how long my wait would be. She sprayed my hair down and asked me how I wanted it cut and styled. The whole time she engaged in professional conversation. When finished she recommended greAt products. I would see this stylist again any time, however, another stylist in the next booth was being very unprofessional and rude
