Had lvp installed. Was promised 3 days, took 6 months, they never finished and left broken baseboards and trim. Then they upcharged 2,000.

With the first time I went into the business the person working in the store said if I am interested look at this pile on the table and left. Then when I asked for a approximate price for a specific area she told me she was not hired to do that job and was just to answer the phone. No one to help. I sent my wife in a week later and she picked up a sample she thought would be ok. I then called and set up a time for a week later. I took off work to be there and then at the last minute the receptionist called and wanted to make it 2 or 3 ours later in which I need to be back at work. This cost me 75 miles of driving time and several hours of work time. The only thing they would say is were sorry. Just a little to much poor business practice for me to continue any business with this company. I would not recommend anyone to try and do business there.
