After the appointment was made we had to call this guy Rick back and remind him he had an appointment with us. It seems he forgot then said he would be at our home by 8:00 then he showed up at 10:00. He was thorough and fixed the blocked valve we had to one of the boiler heat zones. After he left there was still a problem with a leaking overflow valve. I called him back twice both times he said he knew what the problem probably was and he would come out a fix it. On both occasions in speaking with this guy he said he would be here and never showed.
I guess his prices of $65/hour is reasonable but he is about as reliable as a rain dance and will placate you to death telling you what the problem is then never showing up. Would we use him again? Never!
