The gutters leak, they left nails in the yard and the driveway so we got a flat tire. It wasn't great. They also chipped our siding and so I asked if they were going to pay for that and they kept saying "I don't know". The price is reasonable. I also asked them to make them specifically one way and they didn't do that. They were quick to come to the job. I would not use them in the future.
"As for the nails, we did not do the roof. We are not responsible for the nails left behind by a roofer. With Gutters we do not use nails, we use screws. Even though we weren't responsible for his flat tire, we still paid for it. As for the chipped siding, we reimbursed the client for a new piece of siding, and offered to install it. Client declined to have us install the siding and said they would 'take care of it'. We have never been called about leaky gutters. If we had been, we would have come out and fixed any problems."
Excellent crew; cleaned up yard WITH A MAGNET. Very little lawn/landscape damage. Super hard workers and it was 100 degrees most of the time they were here. Would recommend to anyone. My neighbor came over to see what kind of a job they were doing and hired them on the spot to do his roof.
The only problem we had was a bit of a delay in calling back and scheduling the job once we had made a decision to hire the company. However, when we finally made contact the work was done in a timely manner.
I would recommend this company to others for gutter replacement.
