Really went well! I asked them to restretch my lower level carpet and they were responsive and sent a great installer.They were really nice to help me even though I hadn't gotten the carpet from them (I've gotten other carpet from them before and all went well).

They were very professional and curtious in the installation. The house looks like new and we couldn't be happier. Only two complaints, but very minor. Installation was quoted at about 4 days by the salesman and the instalation actually took about 7 days. Installer told me that was about right, that the salesmen under estimate the installation time. The carpet remenents were not vacuumed up, so we had to do our own cleaning. Otherwise the installation looks fabulous and would definitely recommend this company for materials and installation.
