We found Kory through a random assignment of a realtor when I took a job here in 2002. He listened to what we were looking for and found a perfect property in the country for an excellent price. A few years later, we found some hunting land (crop land) in the paper, looked at it, wanted it, and called Kory that night. He met me first thing in the morning and we put in a bid and got it for an excellent price. After the deal was accepted that morning, the other realtor got about 40 calls on the property. We sold that same property (through Kory) last year, and made a remarkable profit. When our children were grown, we decided to move closer into town, and Kory was all over it. He got us an excellent price for our old property and we got the ideal place closer into town, negotiated in our favor, and are quite pleased.
Kory is responsive, attentive, and knows the business. God has blessed us so much through this good man. He is our go-to guy. We recommend him without reservation.
