They were very thorough, quick and spot on for work and price.

Excellent service in three particular areas: response, promptness, and professionalism.

Went very well. Only hiccup was a miscommunication between us and him on ordering the electrician to do the power work. He recommended one who was very slow in responding and when he did he was not really available.
The install went well. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. well.

He had to leave twice for parts which I didn't understand because it seemed like the problem was a minor one with a hose under the sink. It seemed like it took him a long time and he charged by the hour. My sink is fixed, he did a good job, but I wish he had been more efficient. I don't know if I would use him again.

I called Summit Plumbing because my Mother had heard their ad on the radio recently. So, when I called, their secretary was friendly and helpful, and offered a service call the very next morning, even though I called at almost 5PM. That morning, I received a phone call from Geoff saying that he was going to be early, and hoped that would be okay with me. I was surprised that a service call would come early! I arrived at my house to explain my problem. I had a brand new washer and dryer installed, and needed them to be moved around, and the lint trap to be cleaned out. He looked it over, made a plan, and finished the job within an hour. I trusted him to finish while I headed back to work, which was comforting. He left the bill (which I thought was surprisingly low), and I even called a few days later to say that I have future projects that I would like Geoff to work on for me. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

It was great! The owner Jeff came to our house. He was on time, very friendly and professional. Explained everything before he started working. Explained it as he went. Tested everything before he left. The bill was exactly what he had estimated. I will definitely use Summit Plumbing again and I have already recommend them to several people we know.

I had received an estimate by a competitor that had been recommended to me by my Realtor. I was not impressed by the manner of the person that came to my house so I talked to my sister who works for a high end home builder in Sioux Falls to see who they use. She advised I should call Geoff at Summit Plumbing. I thought since they do plumbing for million dollar homes they might be too expensive but I went on Summits website and contacted Geoff to see if he would be interested in providing a bid. Geoff responding immediately and came to my house within a couple of days. He was very professional but also very friendly and informative. To my surprise his bid came in slightly lower than the one I have gotten previously. I had decided I would go with Summit even before I got the bid just based on what a nice person Geoff seemed to be. The Summit crew arrived at my home on time and finished on time, and well within the bid! I would absolutely go with Summit again and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing installation.
