They called 15 minutes before appointment to confirm and arrived at the scheduled time to clean the chair. They were very courteous and professional. They quickly and thoroughly cleaned the chair, and it looks like a new chair. We intend to use Stan and Ollie's for all of our future carpet and upholstery cleaning. We had a great overall experience working with Stan and Ollie's Carpet Cleaning. When I first called the company to schedule our carpet cleaning the gentleman on the phone was very polite and patient with my numerous questions. They arrived on time for their scheduled appointment and were very friendly and professional. The guys were very efficient and did an amazing job on the carpets. They were even able to get out a couple of stains that I did not think would come out. Our carpet looks as good as it did when we first built our house! We will definitely be using Stan and Ollie's for our future carpet cleaning needs.

They were very friendly, professional and efficient. They showed up on time and in fact they called my husband to let him know they were running 10 minutes late. The customer service of this company is quite simply, top notch.
When I set up the appointment, I expressed concern that the carpet would remain wet for several days. We are an active household and it is not possible to stay off the carpet until it is completely dried. The cleaner explained to me that steam cleaning is by far better than dry cleaning of carpet, and that it would stay wet for awhile because there is no way to clean a carpet really well without getting it wet. The dry methods simply do not work. However, the carpet was mostly dry within 24 hours of the cleaning, so as it turned out I worried for nothing. They seem to have a better water extraction system than the last company I hired.
The carpet in the basement had not been cleaned for several years. It looked like new when they were done. The rest of the carpet had been cleaned a year prior, but this is the best it has looked since it was installed. The cleaners took the time to move a chair out of the way and they got under the couch pretty well too. The house smelled really good.
They are very reasonably priced and upfront about the pricing too. When we hired them, they charged us by the room (regardless of size). The more rooms you have cleaned, the cheaper it gets. Stairs were a flat fee per stair, and the couch was a flat fee based on size. Incidentally, the price to clean the couch was about half of what I'd previously been charged.
I will be hiring this company in the future and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced carpet cleaning company.

Always just as scheduled. They show up, perform the work, chat a bit and leave. Never make a mess or track through my home or the units I manage.

I have an active household with kids and pets. They cleaned the carpet and SCRUBBED my high traffic areas. They moved the furniture for me and I was suprised at worn the area in front of the couch was. When they were done, the carpet looked brand new and I was very happy. They also deordorized my carpet for pet which I was pleased with. They actually touched up the arms of an oversized chair for me at no cost.

Great company to deal with helped me with stains other companies couldnt get out. It was nice to see them put the extra effort to get out stains others couldn't. I was very surprised they didnt charge extra for getting the spots out they said its 20.00 dollars a room as long as over 3 rooms.

Everything went better than expected, I had a big mess in my family room and within 48 hours everything was back to normal. I highly recommend them.

I would recommend NEVER using this service.
