Sprint

Description of Work: I went into the Sprint Store because my new phone (less than a month old) had cracked. Looking online, I found out that the cracking was a common problem and several users on the phone manufacture's forum stated that they took the phone into the store and they replaced it. The store manager was less than sympathetic. He explained to me how I must have broke it, said he had never seen it happen before and walked off leaving me standing in the middle of the show room. When another sale associate mentioned that he had seen it the previous week, he shot him a stare that would have scared me to death. His arrogance told me that I was not going to get anywhere with him. It is readily apparent that the only time he cares about customers is when they do not have a contract or your contract is about to expire. There was not a sympathetic thought in his head at all. I bought it and now I am stuck with it. I had had some problems with my previous phone and I thought that dealing with him, I would have better service. Any problems I was having were totally my fault and obviously, I was doing something wrong. If you are looking for customer service on Sprint products, go to Best Buy. They took care of me even though I had not gotten the phone through them.
