They were great the day of the wedding- can't complain about that.  The wedding was October 2, 2010, and we were told the discs would be done in 6 weeks.  6 weeks came and went and no discs and no calls from them.  Tried calling them many times and left messages - no return calls.  Finally got a call from someone else in the office who said they were very behind and were working on the weddings in the order they were photographed and we would have they by Christmas.  Christmas came and went, and no discs.  Could not get anyone to respond to calls.  Finally got a message on facebook that the pictures were done the first week in February (4 months later!).  When I went to pick up the discs, Shannon told me that the books we were suppose to get also were not done, but would be done in 2 weeks.  4 months later, we again got a message on facebook that the books were done..  I have no complaints about the pictures- they were beautiful, but I feel they were very unprofessional in how they handled the very long delay in finishing what they had promised.  Also, no calls to apologize or explain the delay.  And also no response to our repeated phone calls.
