Mark came right over after I called him. I his name from my Dad who has used Schempp Heating for many years and has been very satisfied. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part to fix it immediately. The night before I called another HVAC repairman when my furnace wouldn't light. He said that my furnace was shot and needed to be replaced. So, My family tuffed it out for the night because I didn't trust his opinion. I'm sure glad that I waited to see Schempp today. Mark saved me literally thousands of dollars! He's honest, prompt, and does great work. I'm a customer for life!

It was very hot and they were very responsive. They fit us in and fixed the air conditioner the first day we called them. I would have to say they are very prompt and responsive. We have not received a bill yet but they have always been reasonable in the past. I would recommend them as a first option for anyone looking for a new or repairs in the heating and air conditioning areas. The are in my opinion simply the best!

We called and advised they did not need to rush as we did have heat available. They did arrive the next day as they had said they would. They called prior to arriving. They checked the problem, and provided the right thermostat for us. My husband has a medical issue which impairs his ability to think things through clearly and remember well, so they installed a simple, easy to use device. We are very satisfied.

Responded fast, arrived on time, was honest and I felt like he was very honest and thorough. Overall I will call him every time in the future. Excellent.

Our heater stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. I called and they were able to send someone out within a few hours. They arrived and after inspecting the heater showed me how I could read the flowchart on my furnace and determine what the color coded lights meant so in the future if it was something I could fix myself I would know how. He was very patient with me, and kept the information at an appropriate level of what I would need to understand to be able to try a fix by myself. Very pleasant and it was a good experience.
