The problem we had was; a few months later one of the boots on a sewer stack failed. I called and called from May 2012 until Nov 2012 to have it replaced. The owner showed up on a cool windy day and rushed to replace it. From late 2011 until the present, whenever there is a strong wind and rain, the boot leaks all the way from the roof to the basement. The hurried repair left a visible gap in the seal. I would not call them again for any repair work.
