Reached out to Ron's Appliance to repair a refrigerator. He came out at the designated time. Found the issue. Ordered a part overnight and had the refrigerator up and running the next day. Called to verify it was working fine the next day. Prompt, courteous, friendly. Could not ask for better service. Highly recommend.

After coming to my home to evaluate the issue, the circulating fan was discovered to be out. He ordered the part and returned the next morning to install. Repair was performed quickly and freezer works great again.

We had an ice maker that started spouting water. We shut it off, discovered that the ice was backed up. After we discarded the piled up ice and turned it back on, the ice maker didn't work. Shawn cleaned the ice maker and put it back in and reset it. Since then, everything has worked well.
We were impressed by the price and the speed in which he did the work. He charged us only the basic cost for a service call.

10 year old Kenmore dryer was no longer heating. Sears was more interested in selling me a new dryer then fixing the old one. When they couldn't sell me a new one they wanted to schedule service for months down the road. Looked up Ron on Angie's List and found him to have a high rating. Was able to call and schedule on appointment within less than a week. Ron's son, Shon, came out. He was professional, clean, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it for very little cost. He asked the right questions beforehand to make sure he arrived with the right parts. I would not hesitate to call him again.

He was available the same day I called, due to an earlier cancellation. He arrived right on time and started looking at the dishwasher. He quickly found that there was a hole in the tub. Since the dishwasher was 11 years old, it made more sense to replace it, rather than replace the tub. I asked him what brands he would recommend and he gave me several suggestions. He only charged me for the service call.

Very well, once I had reached him (one phone no. on website was out of order).Showed up on time, and went quickly to work.

It first just rest panel and it seemed to work but a few days later it was doing same thing Not turning on. So called him ad he then ordered a new board. When it came in he replaced panel. He said not to pay him that day as he wanted to make sure it continued to work so a week later he called and it was working great so he sent me a bill.

We called and made an appointment for the next day. He came right on time, checked out the fridge and determined that the problem was in the water inlet valve that serves the ice maker. He ordered a new part and came back the next day to finish the job.
We appreciated that we were not charged extra since he had to make two service calls. It was $70 for the part and $64 for the labor.
He was pleasant and professional and easy to deal with. We'll be calling back the next time we need repairs.

It was a great experience and I would definitely call them again!

Went well

I have had Ron bail me out time and time again. He is so nice and helpful. I was really worried when I called him out the first time, thinking I would be spending a minimum of $150 just for him to come out and look at my dishwasher. Thankfully, I was wrong. It only cost me about $62.00 for him to come out and fix my problem. I've had him come out at least 5 times and never paid more than $70.00 for him to do a service call and fix my problem.

Ron was right on time, explained everything he was doing, and talked about the machine and design flaws that it has. We elected
to buy a new machine and not repair the old one after his explanation.
