The sidewalk next to the house had sunk 3". He came out in the fall to give us an estimate and said he probably couldn't get to us till the spring because it was close to the time the ground would freeze. He did remember to call us this spring and came the same morning. I noticed that there was some rebar between the foundation of the house and the sidewalk. They cut it without charging much extra at all, just the price of the blades they used to cut it. They did an excellent job, even got a huge crack matched up level again. We were very happy with how the whole project turned out. They are very nice and courteous workers.
