They showed up just in time!, performed a few adjustments, lubrication and reset the clean belt warning.

They set it up as promised.

We are not big "on the spot" purchasers, so after we agreed to buy the Inspire FT1, we thought we would go by the Push Pedal Pull facility in Brentwood, to see what it was all about.  Needless to say, we were again blown away by the great variety of equipment they had available for purchase as well as Lynns ability to demonstrate it all thoroughly!  We also brought my 17 year old daughter with us just so that she could see what we had purchased and Lynn showed her quite a few exercises she could do on the demo machine.  That one act by Lynn meant the world to my husband and I since our daughter is a basketball player and needed to be comfortable using the equipment as well.  I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the outstanding service that we have received from Lynn and Andy at P3.  Even though we live in Murfreesboro, we will not hesitate going back out to Brentwood the next time we are in need of some fitness equipment.  We purchased an Inspire FT1 and are excited about replacing our Bowflex with this upgraded home gym system.  I would be remiss if I didn't mention how much I laughed while in Lynns presence.  If she decides to give up on her day job, she has a budding career opportunity as a top rate comedian.  I promise if you meet her you will feel just as we did; we have a new friend in Brentwood who can't help but  brighten up your day.  I would highly recommend the guys at P3 in Brentwood to anyone needing to purchase  fitness equipment on any end of the cost or difficulty spectrum.  I will also make sure that I get back over there at some point to participate in their afternoon/evening workout sessions.  The medium size workout room that they have downstairs looks like it would give you a work out you soon won't forget.  Well done P3!

Had the product we wanted in stock.  Sale went as expected.

The finished the repairs within one day. I was very impressed with their taking the initiative to call me and the responsive ness to get the work done.

they forgot to bring the heart rate monitor that was part of the sale.  As a result, I had to take time off of work a 2nd time for delivery of the heart rate monitor

They quality of the product is good. Their customer service was good when I went in to purchase the product too.

We now have a home gym basically. They were great! The quality is top-notch. I would go to no one but them in the future.

They were great! They are a good company.  Everyone that has helped me in the past is very nice. If anything breaks down you can call them, but I have haven’t had any problems with my machines. If there is anything I would like to buy in the future they would be the first company I would think of. I plan to purchase another treadmill from them in the future. They sell quality equipment so it isn’t the least expensive products that you can buy, but the cost depends on what you want and they have something for every budget. The line is one step down from commercial, but they have low to high end commercial options.

The quality of the treadmill is good.

We set up the delivery right as we purchased the treadmill. The salestaff were knowledeable and super-friendly. We haven't had any problems with the product since we purchased it.

They offer fair prices and great customer service. They also do a good job in repairing the equipment - we've had them out several times. The installation was seamless - on time and professionally set up.  Dealing with the front office is always top notch.

The product has been wonderful! It runs very quietly. Overall, I was satisfied with them as a company too. They were nice and really knew all their stuff. Everyone from the individuals at the fair to the manager at the store were very knowledgeable. They delivered on time and they were very professional all the way through.

There is normally a delivery charge, but they offered to deliver it for free because it was on the way to their facility. They were very responsive to my technical questions. The guys at the fair were friendly. The quality of the machine is really good, but it was expensive. You get what you pay for. It’s nice machine.

It turned out fine. We’re really happy with it. The quality of the product is great.

We purchased a brand new treadmill from them. They knew what they were talking about. This was our 2 piece of equipment that we purchased from them over the years. We purchased it the day we went in and they had to order it for us and it took about a week to arrive. They then delivered it and set it up for us.

It was a good experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable and recommended a piece of equipment over others we were considering. It fit our need exactly. The store was laid out well and clean. Their price was lower than I expected too.

Everything was very smoothly. There was no problems in trying to schedule the delivery and the set up went well. They even negotiated with us on price - they went lower than a competitor's product's price.

The salesman was very helpful and very nice. I'd recommend them. I've done business with them in the past and have been pleased each time.
