Was always late - sometimes days late. He didn't have the items needed for the job!! He had to run to Menards to get the items he was to install. He was very rude and upset when we wanted to add more - said he "didn't have time for this", swore, just literally came unglued. Told us repeatedly that "I don't want to be here". We felt as though we were dealing with a 3yr old throwing a temper tantrum. Told me that my house was a mess!! Very unfriendly, unreasonable -- just a jerk. His work was ok....although we had an issue with a whirlpool and of course it was not HIS doings....promised to come back in the morning and make a call to the tub company himself - he never showed till noon and then had totally forgotten about it!
