He was very thorough and great to work with! He had inspected several other homes in Flandreau and we were thankful for his knowledge of the home and the area. He walked through the house with us and took his time to point out all the details and answered all of our questions. He gave us great piece of mind.

He inspected the property before we arrived (including taking photos) and then we did a walk thru with him covering all the items in the inspection. He was courteous and patient and answered any questions we had.
