There was more wrong than he initially thought so had to call and get an after hours part, but to make up for the additional cost of having the supplier open after hours, he knocked off an hour of service time because he just didn't think it was right since the initial diagnosis didn't include everything. I've refered him to 3 other people so far! He was prompt, affordable and I was very happy with his service.

It's just him and another guy. It took a little while but I think every place was backed up last year. We went with them because they were the only ones who got back with me on a quote after all the people I contacted. We had a small problem when we tried to turn on the furnace, but he came out as soon as he could and checked it out. He figured out that it was just a switch that hadn't gotten switched back over. He took care of the problem. It took them a long time to get back with us on the original quote, but then once we got things going everything else went smoothly.
