they would rather argue with you, and at sign up there was nothing about where to place the cans, after a month they decide its not the right spot

I think they charge too much for how much trash we generate but I love to support local and these guys have been around forever.

Since October 2011 I have used Novak as my garbage collection service. There has been two separate times where they have not picked up my recycling that is picked up every other week. One of those times I had someone tell me three different times it would get picked up. It got to the point where it was over flowing and still sitting in my front yard waiting to be picked up. I even got yelled at by my landlord. Just recently my roommate put the cans out at 6 am. Well I guess ours gets picked up at 5 am. I call to get it re picked up and they try to tell me I have to pay an additional $21 or wait until the next week pick up. This girl on the phone was exceptionally rude but when I have previously had Nicole she has always been very kind and concerned about my situation. I'm moving to Renner and am desperately finding a trash collection company that doesnt charge an arm and a leg ($24 a month!) for bad service.
