Established in 1987, The Butler’s Full Service Cleaning set forth to provide discrete, high quality services to clients. We started changing light bulbs and twenty five years (25) later we have perfected the art of distinctive and confidential cleaning, organizing, and professional Butler services. We customize our service packages to accommodate the specific needs and budget of every client. Our purpose is to enhance the quality of life for families and individuals through discreet high quality service with customized service packages that are accessible to most any budget. "This project required more attention that we could provide in the limited time requested. The home owner was informed that it would take three to four visits to bring the home back up to a manageable project. Unfortunately, we weren't given the time necessary to complete the desired requests. Homeowner didn't call us to voice his complaints or concerns, but went directly to Angie's List. We do have a 24 hour "Happiness Policy." If a customer finds something they are dissatisfied with and contact us with their requests, we do everything possible to correct the situation.We view this as a valuable learning situtaion."
We came home to find the carpets vaccumed, dusting done, bathrooms shining (including some crud out of the bathroom we hadn't been able to remove ourselves), kitchen clean and floors washed. It was amazing. He left a note about what had been done and an appointment card with when they could come again. He also followed up later in the week with a personal phone call to do a quality check.
Needless to say, I'm bringing them back again!

I have used multiple cleaning services over my 49 years and I must say, this was the best service I have ever experienced.
They came in person and did an estimate in advance, unlike others who just quote over the phone. They arrived on time with all of their supplies and after asking us if there was anything else we needed done, they hopped right to it.
The place was spotless when they were done, which was very important to us, as we were moving out and wanted our entire deposit back from our landlord (a notoriously scroogy codger).
Yes, we got our entire deposit back. in fact, the landlord asked who we used so they could call on them in the future.
I was so proud, i even invited neighbors over to check it out before the Butlers left to give them referrals.
