Description of Work: I Had a new radio put in my car as the AM band in old radio was not working. Mobile works put in a new Alpine radio. The install was sloppy,there were screws left over and not replaced in dash. The clock on the new radio was not set. There were NO operating instructions or warranty card left for the new unit. AND I was told when I picked up the car the AM band was still faulty because my radio antenna had problems. Today, some 2+ weeks later I had a new antenna installed. Instead of doing the job right, they just shoved a generic antenna into the factory base which was smaller. This cracked the base considerably and it was just left that way. I now have to get some JB Weld or something similar and try to fix the base as best I can. Their original suggestion was to cut a 2nd hole in the hood of the car 2 inches away from the factory base and install a 2nd antenna in the HOOD of all places. So, I'd be left with a broken base and a 2nd antenna 2 inches away. Talk about Mickey Mouse.- I am sure at some point I am going to have to take the car to the dealer and have a 2nd new factory antenna installed which is what I wanted in the first place. Do NOT use this company.
