Title Companies
I was going to use Land Title for my house closing, but the representative (Jim) was incredibly rude. In addition, they were going to provide me an extended warranty coverage (but were forcing me to do all the work to get the lien waivers), then he changed his mind at the last minute and said he wouldn't provide the coverage for me, after I had done all the work. So, I ended up not using them for the closing. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. PLEASE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
