ED our sales rep was outstanding, even made a trip to our hometo confirm it would fit.

Purchased a new GE side-by-side refrigerator in Aug. 9 days later the temperature display failed and the icemaker would not dispense. I called Karl;s and they refused to bring a new appliance, but insisted on bringing a loaner. It took 5 weeks to get my repaired fridge from them despite repeated calls. They stated their policy is to let GE try and troubleshoot the problem for them and when it is fixed they bring it back. UNACCEPTABLE
While I had the smaller loaner there were at least 4 units in stock - A friend asked for me.
March 2013 - same thing happened to a neighbor with a new microwave. They got a tabletop loaner while their built-in was being repaired.
These people need to be reported to the appliance manufacturers.

My experience with Chris at Karls has left me a Karls man forever. Whenever I need something, Chris is the first person I will contact, more than likely the only person I'll need to talk to.
