Description of Work: I have used Josephine's in the past. Once for my folk's 65th wedding anniversary and for their 60th. I like that their arrangements are unique and beautifully done. Their staff is friendly and accommodating. I recently had a granddaughter get married in Rapid City and because of the distance they couldn't do it but referred us to someone in Rapid who does similar work. The anniversary celebrations were done some time ago, but I still buy flower arrangements from time to time.

 + -1 moreThey delivered the wrong bouquet early, and when I called to discuss the matter I was told it was my fault. I started to ask what we could do, was rudely cut-off, told there would be no charge, and then I was hung-up on. Hopefully they now have better customer service, as I do hear good things, but I can in no way recommend their services after my experience.
