The facility I used was the BMW dealership. The oil change was completed as best I could tell. But when I went to pick up the car, they said to give them a minute to wash it, and that their car wash had been broken until just now. 15 minutes later it came back poorly washed and there was a 12" plus scratch on the hood I had never seen before. Since I had not washed the car myself since the previous fall (it is a summer car) I could not tell for absolutely certain the scratch was caused by them or someone else since the fall, so be it. But then the drivers side wiper would not properly sweep the windshield clear in the rain the next day, so,when I got out (in the rain) to check it, I found it was only partially installed and they had tried to put it on put on up-side-down. There's an aerodynamic design to the drivers side wiper that means that ANYONE could tell which way it had to go. No excuse for this.
