From the first call I made to Hegg realtors central office, all the staff with whom I spoke were friendly and informative, always making sure I had the correct contact details for their staff who would assist me in selling my home, and just as importantly, ensuring their staff contacted me when it was most convenient for me.  I had never sold a home before, and in this regard the realtor with whom I primarily dealt, Tyler Goff, was very informative and clear and never hesitated to spend additional time with me when I had questions or was unclear on any aspect of the home selling process. 
In addition, Tyler (whether on his own or through his association with Hegg Realty) had quite a few contacts who performed services essential to preparing a house for sale, and I took great advantage of these contacts in addressing issues that could have reduced the price of my house substantially.  This network of contacts combined with Tyler and the other Hegg Realty professionals' positive, friendly attitude was by far the most valuable service I could receive during the home sales process.
When a buyer did make an offer on my home, Tyler and the rest of the Hegg Realty staff continued to be very helpful and responsive, all the way through closing.  I felt their fees were absolutely in line with the level of service they provide and I would not hesitate to work with them again.
