I like everything about Fitness 19 - Sioux Falls. It's really cost effective. The only concern that I have is that they're not a 24 hour fitness center. Other than that, it's a great facility. You can get it as low as $7.00 or $8.00 a month, for membership. It's pretty inexpensive. They don't have a pool or showers, but they have fitness training courses, free weights, elliptical and treadmill machines. To get the shower and the pool or whatnot, you have to pay $50.00 a month. You have to pay a certain down payment to get that price, but if you average it out over the year, it's a good price. I think they do also have memberships for about $20.00 that doesn't require a contract or any upfront cost.
