About us
We are family owned and operated and have been in business since 1996. With no employees, we have no one to cover us for vacations, so we sometimes close on holiday weekends. Please, call first to be sure we will be open, if you're coming from a distance.

"We have to confirm this review is true and accurate, seems there are two sides to this story. The vacuum she bought was not a floor model, it was new, taken out of the box and put together in advance. We always offer to take out another and put it together in front of the customer. She may have chosen not to wait, but it would have been her choice. We do have a sign posted that says no refunds, exchange only. She refused exchange. I believe the "F" rating she gave us was because she thought she could bully us into giving her money back. Once again, we would have exchanged it for her. The vacuum we sold her still works, just pushes hard on the carpet she bought, extra plush type with a thick pad. All vacuums with enough suction power to clean this type of carpet will push hard. The alternative is to get a vacuum that won't clean the carpet, and we don't sell those. The bad review should have been for the carpet salesman. Beware when shopping for new plush, expensive, specialty carpets. Take your vacuum with, and make sure to test it with the pad under it."
