The first six months went fine but I am no longer using this company. It started out a little bumpy at first. They needed to contact me but my email was rejecting their emails. Eventually they called me and I gave them a new email address and completed all the documents they needed. They claim they are strictly online but they will not accept scanned documents via email only faxes. We remedied the necessary documentation in a timely fashion. To avoid paying extra fees for making monthly payments I paid the six months in full. Six months later, however, my insurance policy was cancelled due to nonpayment. Unfortunately they were unable to contact me via email so I did not realize that my next six months payment was due. When they did not recieve payment they cancelled my insurance policy. I did not realize that my policy was cancelled until the DMV sent me notices and steep fines for noncoverage. When I spoke with Esurance about reinstating my policy their defense was that the email they sent bounced back to them and that they cannot call everyone who fails to pay. Since they could not retroactively reinstate my policy I could not risk continuing to do business with them.
