"To whom it may concern: In January a [Member Name Removed] Oleson left a negative Angies List Review that cast a negative influence on E&B Constructions credentials. Although [Member Name Removed] did contact Elmer at E&B, and a salesperson met with [Member Name Removed], E&B has not completed the roof for [Member Name Removed]. Also, according to the building services [Member Name Removed] has not had his roof completed. Since seeing the rating on Angie'[Member Information Removed] list E&B has attempted to contact [Member Name Removed] a significant number of times telephonically and in person without any response or acknowledgement of our attempts. We are eager to meet with [Member Name Removed] to complete our project. We assisted [Member Name Removed] in acquiring insurance coverage and are waiting for further information to complete the project. We are requesting that the review be removed until [Member Name Removed] responds to the communication attempts we have made. It is not uncommon for us to meet with a home owner, inspect the roof, and acquire insurance coverage on their roof, then they disappear with the coverage we assisted with.
