I paid in full, up front for my roof to be completed by a professional. It took more than two months for this to be completed, during which time I was made to expend my time and energy trying to get the situation resolved. I was given excuse after excuse for why the job wasn't completed properly to begin with - from blaming my "rotting" siding to blaming the crew that does the flashing. If you hire Dustin Hoffman Roofing, do not expect him to take ownership for the project, or responsibility for the crews that he hires. Do not expect him to hold himself accountable, even though he is the owner/face of the company. Do not expect to be communicated with like an adult or treated respectfully. And under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you pay in full and up front - that was a rookie mistake on my part. Wait until the entire job is complete to give him the final payment. Started process in May with a deposit of $6000. The entire job should've been completed by July. He finally got the building permit in September. All of the windows he has installed have leaks in them, you can feel air flowing through the wall. The wood trim around the windows is not neat, he said he would come back to get it fixed. 14 of the windows have been installed, the largest one came in broken which is not his fault. The overall quality of the installation is sub-par. He did a roof on my house, the roofing is good, there are still two vents that need to be installed on my roof. He started the roof in October and it is now November. He is also supposed to remove my gutters to repair the fascia on my house, then a second company will come out to do the gutters. The gutter company is supposed to be out tomorrow to do the gutters but Dustin has not been here in the last 3 days to get the fascia repaired and gutters taken down. So another week has gone by without any work completed. Customer service is non existent, when I call him it goes directly to voicemail and no call backs from him ever.

Very clean organized quick.

Rather smooth except for finish crew doing siding and singles after a change of crew everything went reasonably well.

It was all right. They had a little miscommunication during but it was ironed out.
