When the floor installer removed the old carpet, he noticed the cables for TV and the Router came up through the floor and suggested that the cables come through a wall connection.
Since he was returning in less than a week to install the floor, I called Degen Electric to see if they could come I and make the change. They called back the next day and set a time to come over the Friday after the 4th. They made the cable change. They cleaned up the wood shaving from the drill and did a great job.
And with the new floor, it is so much better looking to have the cables in the connectors on the wall.

They came out at a moments notice after the ice storm that we had and they did a great job!
