I called and requested an estimate for gutters and siding the person I talked to said that he would I never heard anything from them. You would think that they could inform the customer one way or another if the job was to big or they were to busy or any type of communication.

We ran into some real difficulty in finding gutters and downspouts that matched the color of our new siding.  CRC was the only place that had an almost perfect match!  They dropped off color samples to the house for us and measured for a quote.  Once we decided they were the place we were going with, we ordered what we needed.  From that point, it did take a little time (approximately 3 weeks) before they were installed.  We didn't have a whole lot of communication letting us know how long it would take or what day they would be installed.  However, they showed up one day, did the work and they look absolutely perfect!  They did very nice work and I am very happy with the product.
My only suggestion would be to have more communcation with the customers so they know what to expect from a timing perspective and installation date.
