Citicorp Credit Services Inc-Sears

.Extremely POOR and very unprofessional ! Citibank has been more of the problem , then the soluton in my Billing Dispute. They supposedly, given me a provisional CREDIT to my account. Then it was taken away, in the second review. I had retained an attorney, whom ADDRESSED ALL THE ISSUES THE MERCHANT RAISED, in it's entirety. There was a third determination, which was in my FAVOR ( or the dispute was now 1-1 ). 

    My complaint is BASED UPON THE FACT THAT, THERE WAS A WARNING OF YET ANOTHER ROUND OF ISSUES, INVOLVING THE SAME CIRCUMSTANCES ! At all times hereto, I have been paying a retainer fee and hourly rate, while the merchant, is not paying a penny for an Attorney and is being vindictive ! 

    The President, Tomeka Harris, then tell's me in a letter dated: April 10, 2013 , that I am NOT ENTITLED to my money back !She states that I REFUSE to cooperate with the merchant, that the merchant is wants to take a percentage of the money for a restocking fee, for an item I never RECEIVED ! I informed her the SALE WAS CANCELLED BY ME and that the merchant, was in violation of PA. Consumer Law Protection Statutes. ]
    Despite this, Citicorp, REFUSED to subrogate the funds, the merchant, had refused , to honor their decision. As such, they made it clear, they were going to re-bill my CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT !
