CHEM DRY OF SIOUX FALLS

My husband and I were very pleased with the work by ChemDry's professional. The carpets had not been cleaned in a few years, so I wasn't sure how they'd turn out. But they came out looking great -- even in the high-traffic areas. Definitely, I will be using their services again.

They did a great job on our carpet on the stairs and basement. Looks new again!! Dried in 4 hours like he said and the stairs took longer to dry as he explained they would because of the traffic. I was impressed by the way he used the hoses comming in the door to clean the carpets. He used an air bag around the door to keep the heat in and pests out. Also he included a can of spot remover which works well. I would hire this company to do the work anytime. Very polite, professional and fast hard worker.

The technician showed up at the scheduled time. He vacuumed the furniture and got right to work with the cleaning process. He was very courteous and professional. He completed the process very quickly and the sofas looked great. The sofas were just barely damp when I left and I was able to put the cushions and pillows back in place when I got home from work the same day. Chem Dry did a fantastic job and we will definetly have them back in the future.

The technician arrived at our home at the scheduled time. I let him in to the house and left for work. He cleaned our carpet while we were at work and by the time we got home evertyhing was dry and looked terrific! We have had other companies come in and clean in the past and the results were not 1/2 as good and we had to have fans blowing half the night to get everything dry. It was a great experience and we will have them back again.

I had an experience at my church - being in the flooring business, I am looked upon to assist with flooring there. I have had several carpet cleaning companies clean our carpet and admittedly there are always some areas that are quite soiled. By far, Chem Dry was able to clean the carpet better than anyone.
