Dr. Kevin Crouch is very thorough in his exams. His staff is very curtious and professional.

It is a larger shop and it appears clean, professional and busy. It was necessary to make an appointment for a couple of days later. He began the work exactly when he said he would, and completed it punctually without complications or delays. He took my several phone calls over two days and also initiated contact with me as appropriate. Communication was great. When I got my Astro Van back, it was running like new. I am very pleased with his work and with the way I was treated.

I was definitely impressed with Cars, Trucks and More ability to know what to do and honesty.

Called a day ahead, scheduled appt, dropped off the car and they drove me back to work. Picked it up the next day. The bill was going to be more than I was verbally quoted and the manager honored his original quote even though the engine took more time to re-assemble. This is the 3rd time I've gone there and they don't fix what doesn't need to be fixed. What's better... they don't guess at it either.
