Auto Sales
Contacted the dealer about trading out our old leased car & they had us come out to their fair grounds labor day sale, showed us several new cars that met our wants & needs. went thru the used inventory finding a very limited selection we were interested in.
We took 3 cars out for a test drive & couldn't decide which of 2 cars we liked better so they gave us the one we we less familiar with & let us take it home for a day (we quickly learned to hate the buick lacrosse) we came back the next day, they got us $3,500 in rebates & discounts, the most they could squeeze out of our old car for trade in value & then we bought the other car & have been happy about it for a week now.
There was some confusion do to the lease trade in when we got home & looked over he paperwork one more time.
we called Jeff & he quickly had John (the finance manager) call us back & everything was explained perfectly (Leased cars have a negative value when you return them)
