I called BSR about getting an estimate for some work necessary after a home sale inspection that needed to be done before closing. I was told that he would go by the property and would leave me a phone message with the quote. I have never heard from BSR again. Since they were so unprofessional in regards to a small project, I certainly will not be calling them in regards to the large projects that I need done.
