Dr. Williams is very knowledgeable and he does not over test. He tries to determine the problem without excessive pricey testing. They are reasonable priced. I have been very satisfied with his services.

Our cat was very ill, and I brought him in, on the recommendation of Angie's list reviews. They ran a bunch of tests, and found out it was neurological, and there was nothing anyone could do. Due to the pain my cat was feeling, we discussed the options, and in the end, we decided to have him put to sleep. It was a difficult decision, and the clinic was very wonderful in helping me make that decision. The cost for all the tests, the office visit, the putting to sleep, and the disposal of my cats remains came to $145ish. Then, a week later, I received a letter from the clinic, expressing their sorrow for our loss, and it was a card with the Rainbow Bridge saying on it, as well as a paw print in ink from our cat. I have scheduled an appt for our 2 dogs there, and have switched vets entirely. I was unhappy with my current vet, and that's why I was searching for a new one. All Animal Pet Hospital was a great choice, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Williams is knowledgeable, personable, and has a real love for animals. I can't really comment on the price, but I believe it is much lower than other facilities. The facility is clean, but it is old. He has staff that have been with him for a long time. Go there for the care of your animals, not the ambiance. Having said that, I wouldn't go elsewhere. With a rescue dog without history, Dr. Williams spent a lot of time with the dog getting a sense of his background and what behavioral issues were going on. He spend a considerable amount of time with me explaining the behaviors and ways to extinguish them. Additionally, this dog suffered from frequent urination. Because I had no history with the dog, work during the day, and haven't had experience with dogs, I wasn't the best historian making visits. Dr. Williams was very patient though. He ran labwork several times and researched the issue extensively. He tried several medications, wanting to start with the lowest dosage and least invasive medications. I called to the office fairly frequently between visits repeating various symptoms. The staff was always friendly and checked with Dr. Williams to provide recommendations as to make an appointment, wait, or try a different solution. My appointments are usually very late in the day, as I work. Typically, he runs 15 minutes or more behind. However, I'm willing to wait to get to see him. I wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone else.

We've been visiting All Animal for 7 years and cannot imagine going elsewhere. I once asked Dayton why his office was so much less than other vets, and he responded "I got into this business to help animals, not so I could live in a big house". In a word, they're awesome.

I was initially referred to Dr. Williams by another veterinarian because of his expertise in small and exotic animals. I was so pleased with Dr. Williams and his staff that I decided to bring all of my animals to his clinic. My poor kitty had dropped weight rapidly and was clearly ailing. Dr. Williams is so friendly with both the pets and their humans. It's easy to see where his passion lies. He was very clear about the different conditions he suspected, what tests he wanted to do and why, and he explained the results in layman's terms, so I always felt like I knew what was going on. At one point he did have to mention the big "C" (cancer) as a possibility, but he was very tactful when he did. He has treated me and my animals with compassion and empathy, and I highly recommend him to everyone I know.
