Called Jessen Heating on Thursday, May 15 to have him give us an estimate for a new furnace and air conditioner. He met my wife at the property on Friday morning and ordered the items that were needed. He was very professional and was flexible to meet according to our schedule. He returned to finish the job on Friday, May 23.

Got to the office in the morning and it was hot. I called a couple friends and both recommended I call Jessen heating an refrigeration. I did a google search and found their webpage. http://jessenheatingrefrig.com/
I call them and spoke with a very pleasant woman by the name of Kristine. I explained my problem and she said someone would be by shortly. Within an hour a couple guys from Jessen's showed up. They had my AC blowing cold air within 20 minutes.
I really appreciate it that they took the time to explain why the problem occurred and gave me recommendations.
