From our initial visit to their showroom, through the site visit and bid, and the installation, we were very impressed with the quality of the products, and the professionalism of the sales and installation personnel. Appointments were made in a timely manner, and services were provided promptly and with courtesy and thoughtfulness. One sticky door and a hard to close window were remedied within a days time. We could tell a major difference in wind and noise penetration as soon as the new windows were in place. Our sales person, Craig, and the installer, Rich, were very easy to work with, always friendly, and responsive to our concerns.

We've used them several times. They were very good. They were very professional and easy to work with. They understand the product and they were able to make suggestions. Most of the builders in town highly recommend them. I like them a lot. They were very helpful and have taken backwards for me. Things worked out.
