Their price was compettive with everyone elses price. They called me and said they couldn't do it because of some other issues. When I went in there they talked me through the process and helped set me up knowledge-wise and I was able to get the parts and do it myself. I felt this was honest and helpful.

I am never overcharged here, and I am completely clueless hen it come to cars so it makes me an easy target. I always get prompt, affordable service here. I sent a friend it with a VW Beetle and the guys spent hours diagnosing a problem for her and when it was something out of her price range to fix, they helped her out. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

They've always done a really good job! Their prices are reasonable. They're prompt, and they can usually get you in in the same day if you have a serious problem such as flat tire. I really like how they have a guarantee on their tires, so if you buy the tires from them, they will fix them if it gets flat with no charge. Actually, I use that a lot.

They were extremely nice when I first called. Being a female that knows NOTHING about cars I hate when I call repair places and the people talk down to me. Here they didn't at all. They were patient while I tried my best to explain the problem and then gave me a rundown of what it cold be in plain english, so I completely understood what they were saying. They also have a tow company that they work with, so I didn't have to stress about finding my own. They booked me for saturday but said if they had time friday they would take a look. I got a call later (friday) saying my car was ready for pickup that day! Unfortunately it turned out my car needed more work done to it, which they found out as they test drove it. So they called me right back, apologized and said ok we've found another problem, this is what it is, this is the cost, do you want us to fix that too? I said go ahead and fix it, and asked when it would be ready. They said 10am saturday (the next day!!) I was extremely happy. And the price for all that they fixed was AMAZING. I have a foreign car so I'm used to paying an arm and a leg for service, and for it to take awhile because people don't have the parts etc. So, the price AND the service being so fast...i was blown away. Now my car runs as good as new and I'm SO happy that I found such a great place. I definitely know I will be going there from now on.
