They did what they said they will do. There was no problem. They explained what they were doing. They have a special transmission crew which is expensive so I decided not to have my thing done at this point. They have a special on that and they are using their own transmission fluid but that was fine.

I think they are outstanding. They do a lot of things and if they can't do something? They will let you know and they will try to point you in the right direction. They give you their best opinion and they don't charge you for it.

My association with TMA is about 6 months old now and they have been fabulous with all 4 of our vehicles. They listen carefully to your problem descriptions and communicate accurately what repairs are needed and the cost. In some cases, they have made minor adjustments and charged me little to nothing. But, even without such a courtesy their prices are very reasonable. The 2001 era Surburbans are notorious for broken fore and aft exhaust manifold bolts. This was beyond the scope of TMA without removing the engine. However, they sent us to a shop that specialized in this non-removal repair; thus saving us hundreds. I feel TMA is a service facility my entire family can trust to attend to the minor details and treat us with complete respect.
