They completed the diagnosis and gave me a cost estimate within 1 day. Their rates are a bit pricy, but the work was done quickly. Upon returning my computer home however, I noticed that of my 3 hard drives, they did not connect two of them. I was able to connect them, but to a less computer-savvy person, I could see this being a problem. Seems like it was an honest mistake, their staff was very courteous and intelligent.

Home computer crashed could not reboot or recover anything. So they took a few days longer than they said, ,but recovered all files and got it up and running.Only drawback was they couldn't tell me exactly what went wrong or how to avoid it,probably because I tried to re-booting several times,and all history was gone. Haven't had any related problems to date. They seemed a little unorganized. Owner called me to ask if I paid ,because they couldn't find receipt and they got rid of the guy that was 'working' on my computer . Otherwise would try them again,answered most all my questions.

When I dropped the computer off, they gave the computer a quick look and gave me a rough estimate. I recieved a call about 4 hours after I dropped it off telling me that the computer did have a virus. They gave me two options. One was more expensive.. I had the option of trying to remove the virus or backing up data and re-installing Windows and all software. Because I have a lot of software that is a pain to re-install....I went with the virus removal route ( which was the cheaper option). My bill, would have been $50 dollars cheaper if I had not purchased the Anti-Virus Program, but I needed it.

My laptop crashed at a most inconvenient time, of course when I needed it the most. TekNet's customer service was AWESOME, and I was able to get expert advice on all of my options for replacing my hard drive. The service was done in no time, and the charge was quite reasonable. They saved me from having to buy a whole brand new laptop. GREAT customer service!
