Wade at Rushmore Fencing was wonderful to work with! My husband contacted Rushmore Fencing for this job because a few years ago we contacted 3 companies for a fence estimate at our previous home and Rushmore Fencing was the only company who responded and Wade came to our house within a couple days to provide the estimate. Though we did not have a fence installed at that time, we remembered this good service! Regarding the current job, Wade responded to my calls and emails within a day. I was very impressed with this, as it can sometimes be difficult to get in touch with service providers. The fence posts were installed on a Thursday and the fence itself was put up the following Monday. Wade and one other gentleman were the only people working on the fence and their speed and precision was amazing! I happened to be home while they worked both days and my occasional glances out the window showed them being respectful of our yard (I let Wade know our sod was only 2 weeks old) and being very precise and careful in all their measurements and actions. They did not use pre-made fence panels, but rather installed the horizontal support boards and the individual pickets separately, so that the fence perfectly matched the contours of the yard. We love our new fence!

He was probably the lowest bidder. It was going to be later in September before he could come and get the fence done. He quoted me $2,000. I didn't choose him because of the time. He had forgotten what I had called him for. He thought that I was going to put up a chain link fence at first. He didn't ask me as many questions as the guy from the other company. That kind of made me wonder what he was going to be doing. He called me back right away and he was right on-time. Actually, I think he was early coming for the appointment. He was the lowest bidder and his price would have been the best. He was very professional. He showed up when he said he was going to show up. I needed to reschedule the appointment and he was very flexible with that so that was nice. I would probably not use him because he didn't seem to ask me some of the questions that after I had other contractors come out; I thought that maybe he should have.

They really strived to please us. They wanted make sure that they got the right style for me. They made sure to get it done in a reasonable time.
