 + -1 moreThey were terrible to Work with to start, they took out our internet. They've done our gutters 3 Different times we've had 8 leaks. Our Energy bill is 40% higher than it used to be. They finally told me that They used a thinner shingle. Our mudroom still smells like mildew. Every time you walk in after a rain.

Description of Work: Josh at Quality Roofing was very responsive when our roof suffered damage during a weekend windstorm. He was prompt also with bidding the job and completing soon thereafter. We have no way to evaluate the quality of the work, as we cannot see it, and have not had a bad blow since it was done.

Description of Work: They were very prompt to give me an estimate and came out to do the work the day after my insurance adjuster was here. They cleared up any questions I had and reassured me that if I have any problem with their work I can just call them and they will be right out. I would recommend Quality Roofing and Construction to my family and friends.

 + -1 moreI called to arrange for an estimate on roof repair or replace if necessary. Person who answered the phone said they were on a roof and did not have a pencil to write down my name. Said my phone number was on his cell phone caller ID and he would call me back when off the roof. That was 3 days ago. Is he still up there?? Bad phone practices are a good indicator about customer service quality within a business.
Description of Work: I called to arrange for an estimate on roof repair or replace. Person on the phone was susposed to call me back, but never did.
