Nate with Pro Exteriors is very responsive and provides excellent customer service. He stands by his work and even responded to a concern I had after hours on a weekend.

They installed new flashing at the bottom of the valley on the east side of my house. They also inspected the rest of my concrete tiled roof and found a cracked pipe boot. They replaced that too.
This was a small job, but given the steep pitch of my roof and concrete tiles, I didn't want to do it myself and maybe crack more tiles up there. I'd tried calling other roofing companies but nobody else wanted to to do it. Somebody recommended Pro Exteriors and I found them to be responsive, fast, and very professional. I definitely recommend Pro Exteriors.

A friend of mine used Pro Exteriors and has not stopped bragging about how good Nate was and how good of a job he did for him. The Rapid City area had sustained some significant hail damage in 2013. A lot of out of town businesses arrived to get in on the repairs. Once they finished, they left and then the problems started showing up. Nate is the owner of Pro Exteriors and lives in the Black Hills. He stands behind his work.
