Reroofed. Replaced gutters and trim. Repaired window screens. Replaced garage doors.

Elizabeth and her crew were WONDERFUL!!! From the very beginning, she was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful! My first phone call to Pendo's was taken by a man that told me that he would have his project manager, Elizabeth, call me back. She did call back that very afternoon! We set up a time to come give an estimate on what we needed done. She was on time and very pleasant! I pointed out the cracks and gave her my paint color sample. She called a few days later with an acceptable bid. We scheduled a time for her crew to start; which was approximately 3 weeks later. Although she assured us that her crew would remove our items on the walls and above our kitchen cupboards, we went ahead and removed them so they could start right away. Her crew was on time and began immediately. There was one day when I was home, where it looked like one of the drywall repair areas had not been textured, and had been painted over. It didn't look very good. I called Elizabeth and left her a message. Meanwhile, the drywall guy, Ken, showed up to finish his work. I pointed out the area of concern and he chuckled and told me that the painters just got a little ahead of him. We both laughed and he went right to work finishing the texture. The repairs and the interior paint turned out beautifu! Elizabeth and her crew were a pleasure to work with and we would certainly call them again for other jobs!!!

The drywall jobs were fantastic. If you didn't know where the original problems were you would not be able to find them. The quality of the work was terrific. All the drywalling and painting was done by one man on Pendo's crew and he did exceptional work. He was also very pleasant to work with - I was also painting two bedrooms on my own during the same time and when I needed some extra help he took on the task without a problem (for example, a few screws or anchor bolts/plastic my Father had put into the walls over the years I couldn't remove, he removed for me and plastered over; he also plastered over a few holes in the ceiling after I removed some old bathroom light fixtures). Elizabeth and her husband (owners of the company) were very friendly and checked on me and their staff often, made sure everything was going to my satisfaction and checking to see if I needed anything else. It turns out I did. I wanted to replace 5 wooden shelves in the linen closet. They did and for very little extra money. Elizabeth and Ken also completed caulking I needed in the bathrooms and kitchen and went the extra mile to be sure all the areas that needed it, got it. Ken did a great job laying down plastic over the carpet and floors, and covering up all the furniture and they cleaned up and vacuumed after the job. The place looked great! All in three days. I was and remain completely satisfied and would definitely hire them again. I should also add that they responded to my call within an hour and understood that I was under a severe time deadline and only gave them a weeks notice to do this job. And then the day before I had originally hired them to start I had to call and ask if they could delay starting by a day. They responded to my needs. Elizabeth was always extremely calm, friendly, and professional. I never felt any energy from her or her staff that they were rushed, hurried, or unhappy. They took their time to do the work right and well yet simultaneously worked hard and continuously. They stayed with the job all day and finished on time. I felt the price was affordable and right for the work done.

l. The work got done but it took a long time and I had to point out several areas to be redone on the gutters. I had some leaks but they did come and repair them. I also had them replace some of the new gutter due to scrapes, dents and mars in the finish. My roof had a leak and they did come out right away and fix it.

..Pendos came to our Home and looked over everything that we desired them to do for us and we also gave them a drawing with notes on it. Not to long afterwards I called them (plus we received an email) about the price of their bid. The bid was very reasonable and within the amount of money we had planned on spending. Plus I was told in advance that they do their very best to keep from going a small percentage over due to changing prices from the time of the bid and the time of starting. We did have a number of months before we had planned on them starting the project. They finished on time and we are very pleased. We were pleased with the sundeck that they had rebuilt for us last summer, all included, and theirs was the only bid we looked for this year. The head of construction is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing - a kind and professonable man. Another reason we choose Pendos. The painting in the room is fine.

It went perfectly - The team of two were very professional and thorough and I am very happy with the results - they took their time to patch nail holes, prime, tape and paint with several coats - smoothly finishing off their work.

As I've stated all went great from when they started to when they finished this project. As noted above I gave them a B for punctuality only because they were late a couple of times due to another job but they would also work longer days at these times to make up the difference. This worked fine for us as we are flexible and the owner was honest about everything and took responsibility - which I find impressive considering how most people seem to be anymore in our society.
